Login & GetFile() Using New WSDL XML Body Throws Error "TSWEB-3001 - Download Manager is not available." in TeleScope 9.4.0.15

Overview

TeleScope supports SOAPClientAPI to provide an API interface to its functionality. On Telescope 9.4.0.15, the SOAP services for Login & GetFile() using the new(from 9.4.0.11) WSDL XML body throws an error: TSWEB-3001 - Download Manager is not available. Please verify that the Download Manager is running and accessible. Instead, the SoapClient should have responded with a download of the asset record ID specified to GetFile.

This issue does not occur in previous versions of Telescope/SoapClient from 9.3.4 - 9.4.0.11 using the new WSDL SoapClient SDK.

Steps To Fix

This issue was fixed in the Telescope Executive 2019.1 version. It is recommended to upgrade to this or a later version. If your TeleScope installation has customizations or you're an OnDemand customer, please contact your Account Manager or support for further assistance with the upgrade.

After upgrading TeleScope, please try running the Login & GetFile SOAP calls and they should work as expected without any issues,
