Disabling SSO and Enabling Local Sign-on


SSO is not natively supported in TeleScope and is offered as customization of TeleScope so any integration/disabling or switching to local login options will need Professional Services assistance. While SSO provides an easy-to-use centralized user authentication solution, if you have SSO enabled for your installation you might want to disable it and go back to the native authentication solution provided by TeleScope to authenticate users.



If you want to disable SSO for your users and migrate to local sign-on for your TeleScope installation, contact your Account Manager for assistance with this.
