Granting Users Access to NorthPlains Portal


The NorthPlains portal at houses documentation and installers for TeleScope, its patches, and supplementary tools and their documentation. Users will need valid credentials to the portal to access the files.



Please raise a ticket with support to request access to the portal or any specific section, sharing the email address with which you might have registered on the portal and want to access the portal.


Agents should raise a ticket on PLNP of Type:SaaS Request sharing the email address of the user who requested access, and the product name as TeleScope. Also do mention any specific section in the portal that the customer has mentioned.




Once the email address has been granted access, you should be able to access the portal and desired sections.
