Overview

In some versions of Telescope, the browser prompt to download TSUploader keeps appearing even if TSUploader is installed and also interferes with automation flows because it is rendered over all other window elements.

Solution

This issue was fixed in Telescope Executive 2020.1 and it is recommended to upgrade your Telescope installation to this version or later. If you're an OnDemand customer or your Telescope installation has customizations, please contact your Account Manager or the support team to assist you with the upgrade.

Testing

Once upgraded, the Check-In button shouldn't bring up the browser prompt to download the TSUploader.
