Advanced Search Results Cleared After Closing Metadata Popup


Clicking on a result in the Advanced Search results would bring up the metadata information in a pop-up window. In versions of Telescope earlier than 2020.1, closing the pop-up window would clear all the search results and the user had to perform the search action again to get the results back. 



This issue was fixed with Telescope Executive 2020.1. After upgrading to this version, the users are required to clear the cache of their browsers to completely fix this issue before starting to use the updated version. 

It is recommended to upgrade to this or a later version. If your Telescope installation has customizations or you're an OnDemand customer, please contact your Account Manager or support for further assistance with upgrading.



After Telescope is upgraded to 2020.1, the Advanced Search results shouldn't get cleared when the metadata information window is closed.
