Transformation Platform Queues Stuck


Queues in earlier versions of Transformation Platform would get stuck if an error happened while processing. This would be especially impacting if there are multiple queues set up to speed up the process but there was a possibility that all queues would get stuck if errors occurred in each queue.



This issue was fixed in Telescope Standard 2020.4 and it is recommended to upgrade your Transformation Platform installation to this or later to fix this issue. If your Telescope installation has customizations or you're an OnDemand customer, please contact your Account Manager or support for help with upgrading.



From the fixed version onwards, Transformation Platform handles errors in queues gracefully and skips those jobs to continue processing so no queue should get stuck.
